    We can make castings in different materials-ASTM, DIN, En standard, such as ASTM A48, A159, A536, A47; ASTM A27/A216, ASTM A312, A356.2, 6061, etc. Most of these materials are smelted by electric induction furnaces. And the casting Process consist of sand casting, precision (lost wax) Steel/Stainless steel castings, lost foam steel/iron castings, resin sand castings, and die aluminum castings, etc. These castings parts are used for valves, tubes, pumps, gearbox, elevator Parts, automobile/vehicle parts, and others machinery. We can provide finished products with precision or rough machining according to your 2D or 3D drawings.
     We have physical & chemical lab with spectrometers and others dimension checking tools, testing facilities. The staffs in our foundry are well trained and experienced in production technologies.

    The stamping parts and sheetmetal products are widely used in automobile industry, construction material, electronics, communication cabinet, operation platform-panel, solar generator parts, fireplace case, hardwares, power fittings and joints, etc. The materials of stampings cover copper, Be-Cu, Phos-Bronze, Brass, stainless steel, cold rolled steel, and spring steel. The machines include punching machine (16 to 400 Tons capacity) / fine blanking /hydraulic pressing-extrusion machine /CNC bending machine /wire-electrode cutting machine /laser cutting machine /MIG TIG arc welding workshop, etc. Our engineers are experienced in technology, production and quality management.
